My order never arrived.
Click the my account link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.

When will my backorder arrive?
Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

How much is my shipping?
Boardwalk Skate offers a flat rate shipping fee of $8 on all orders under $100. There is an extra charge of $4 for orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. All orders over $100 ship for free.
How do I return my product?
We accept returns and exchanges as long as the items are in new, unused / unworn condition with tags attached, and returned to us within 30 days of our delivery to you. We do not accept returns/exchanges on used items.

Please include a copy of your invoice and the reason for your return/exchange. We will send you a refund check as soon as the return is processed. On free shipping orders a fee will be deducted on your refund to cover our original shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
Orders usually ship within 24 hours of ordering. If we receive your order before 2pm PST, it will usually ship out on the same day. Most orders will ship USPS Priority Mail. Larger boxed orders will ship FedEx ground.
